The dedicated individuals making the magic happen

Yvette Dudley-Neuman
Artistic Producer, Pacific Coast Stage Company
Yvette Dudley-Neuman is a lifelong lover of stories, dedicated to 'playing parts that move hearts' and revealing the messy, beautiful truth of the human experience. Since launching her globe-trotting career with Up with People in 1988, she's worn many creative hats: actor, writer, voiceover artist, drama teacher, acting coach, director, and producer.
On screen, Yvette's credits include Van Helsing, The Flash, MOTIVE, Gracepoint, Once Upon a Time, and FRINGE. She also voices the delightfully dry Edna Carson on the hit comedy podcast Supermarket.
As a writer, her passion for words has sparked over 35 works—original songs, poems, 29 historical re-enactment scripts, full plays (The F Words, Titillations, Christmas Crackers, Detention Divas), and short films (Laundry Day, The Free Table, Edna Brown). Her award-winning solo show The F Words earned Honourable Mention in the Theatre BC Playwriting Competition and glowing 4-star reviews.
Offstage, Yvette champions artists and arts organizations. She is the Artistic Producer for Pacific Coast Stage Company and the Nanaimo Fringe Festival, and she coordinates the Victoria and Nanaimo StarFEST with the Theatrical Arts Education Association, spotlighting emerging student talent.
A passionate advocate for women and disability inclusion in the arts, Yvette has led initiatives with Women in Film Vancouver, UBCP/ACTRA and beyond. Formally trained at the University of Calgary (BFA/BED) she balances her artistic work with teaching and continues to grow her ever-evolving list of creative projects.

Grace Smiley
Technical Director, Nanaimo Fringe Festival
Grace has been involved in theatre since she was seven years old but in recent years have found their love for tech. Grace has been sound operating at the nanaimo theatre group for three years, branching out to designing and keeping up with Wellington Secondary, helping set up equipment and teaching students sound operation. Grace is very excited to see fringe come to life!

Trevor Neuman
Graphic Designer, Nanaimo Fringe Festival
Trevor Neuman is a graphic design graduate from LaSalle College, where he earned honours in 2017. His creative work spans film, theatre, and publishing, comprising visual designs for movies, commercials, posters for short films screened at global festivals, stage productions, book covers, and corporate branding. A career highlight includes a multi-national project selected for an Oxford University Press textbook.
Trevor is currently the designer for the dynamic Nanaimo Fringe Festival. When not immersed in pixels and Pantones, he turns ocean-tumbled driftwood and salvaged material into handcrafted writing instruments—because yes, turning pens is a thing. Discover more at driftwoodpensbc.com.

Brittany Gueullette
Associate Producer, Nanaimo Fringe Festival
Brittany Gueulette has always been passionate about the arts; she is a VFS graduate and comes to Fringe with over 11 years' experience both backstage and on-stage with live theater.
Brittany has had the opportunity to volunteer her time for many shows, starting in 2013 as a prop's assistant for NTG's Aladdin, followed by many other productions with the group until 2017, taking a short break from theater to dip her toes into the world of film. Upon returning to Nanaimo Brittany got back to her roots, taking part in productions mostly with NTG. Now, with a variety of theatre and short film credits to her name, Brittany has most notably had the opportunity to SM for NTG's 2024 North Island Zone festival production, All In the Timing, and found a love for festival life. Brittany is excited to expand her experience this year with the wonderful team at the Nanaimo Fringe!

Tate Robinson
Marketing Coordinator & Assistant Producer
Tate Robinson is a graphic designer, illustrator, and theatre nerd based in Nanaimo. She is about to go into her fourth year at Emily Carr University of Art + Design, majoring in Communication Design with a focus on marketing and developing brand strategies. Tate has a strong passion for uplifting local arts and has gained experience with assisting event production from her several years of volunteering on the selection committee for the Youth Showcase at the Vancouver Island Short Film Festival. She is a vocal advocate for independent filmmaking and has directed several experimental short films and music videos. Between collaborative work in Nanaimo’s alternative music scene and two consecutive years of working for the VISFF, Tate has seen firsthand the importance of community in the arts and aims to bring this passion into as many other creative spaces in Nanaimo as she can.

Cindy Williams
Port Theatre Venue Captain & Artist Liaison, Nanaimo Fringe Festival
Cindy Williams brings her love of theatre and deep sense of community to the Nanaimo Fringe Festival, where she's proud to serve as a Venue Captain. A retired theatre enthusiast, Cindy has been volunteering with the Fringe since 2019, drawn to the energy, creativity, and fun that the festival brings to the city.
With years of experience both onstage and behind the scenes—working lights, sound, or acting with NTG (Nanaimo Theatre Group), Ladysmith, and Yellowpoint Theatre—Cindy knows how much passion performers put into their work. That's why she's dedicated to giving back by helping create the best possible experience for Fringe artists.
Her commitment goes beyond logistics. Cindy is passionate about making each venue a safe, inclusive space, especially for marginalized voices and the 2SLGBTQI+ community. Through her leadership, she helps ensure the Fringe is a welcoming and empowering environment for all.
