Associate Festival Producer
ABOUT
Pacific Coast Stage Co. is hiring an Associate Festival Producer for their 15th annual Nanaimo Fringe Festival. The Festival runs August 7-17, 2025 across various indoor/outdoor venues in downtown Nanaimo.
The Associate Festival Producer will receive arts event mentorship under Pacific Coast Stage Co.'s Artistic Producer. They will complete a variety of tasks in collaboration with the Festival Volunteer and Marketing Coordinators, and be supported by a team of dedicated festival volunteers.

REMUNERATION
$23 p/h for 10 weeks, 30 hours per week

Marketing Coordinator/Assistant Producer

Pacific Coast Stage Co. is hiring a Marketing Coordinator/Assistant Producer for the 15th annual Nanaimo Fringe Festival. The Festival runs August 7-17, 2025 across various indoor/outdoor venues in downtown Nanaimo.
The Marketing Coordinator will receive arts event mentorship under Pacific Coast Stage Co.'s Artistic Producer and Producing Staff. They will complete a variety of tasks in collaboration with the Festival Producer, Volunteer & Hospitality Coordinator, Graphic Designer, and Festival Photographer.

Pacific Coast Stage Co. is hiring a Volunteer & Hospitality Coordinator for their 15th annual Nanaimo Fringe Festival. The Festival runs August 7-17, 2025 across various indoor/outdoor venues in downtown Nanaimo.
The Volunteer & Hospitality Coordinator will receive arts event mentorship under Pacific Coast Stage Co.'s Artistic Producer and Producing Staff). They will complete a variety of tasks under the supervision of the Festival Producer, and in collaboration with other Nanaimo Fringe team members and our dedicated festival volunteers.

$20.00/hour, 30 hours/week for 7 weeks
