Are you a street performer or busker looking for an opportunity to perform this summer?
Nanaimo Fringe will have an outdoor presence and Festival Hub in the Downtown and Old City Quarter districts from August 12-22nd, 2021. Nanaimo Fringe will acquire the necessary City permits and allocated specific outdoor spaces. Artists will receive blanket promotion through Nanaimo Fringe and can collect hat at their designated location.
Application Deadline: July 1st, 2021.
Please note that due to COVID-19, we will only be accepting applications from British Columbia based Artists in 2021.
- Application Fee ($75) deadline: July 1st, 2021.
- Slots allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. This form will be removed once all slots are filled.
- You will be notified of your status via email.
- Nanaimo Fringe will endeavour to find billets, but due to COVID-19 concerns securing accommodations for artists could be challenging. Please identify below if you require accommodations.
- If in-person events are cancelled due to COVID-19, all application fees will be refunded in full.
